Question 1

How does the 24-hour turnaround work?

Accepted Answer

We shoot in the morning or midday, begin editing immediately, and deliver your complete folder — photos, drone, floor plan, 3D tour, virtual staging and premium listing video — within 24 hours of the shoot.

Question 2

Do I need to pay before booking?

Accepted Answer

No. We confirm your availability first. Payment happens only after the date, address, and access details are verified.

Question 3

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We cover the Inland Empire, High Desert, Orange County, Greater Los Angeles, and San Diego County. If you're on the edge of any region, reach out — we can usually make it work.

Question 4

How long does the shoot take?

Accepted Answer

A standard single-family home takes about two hours. Larger properties or estates may run a bit longer — we'll let you know upfront when confirming your booking.

Question 5

Are you FAA Part 107 licensed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All drone photography and video is captured by a licensed FAA Part 107 pilot, fully insured for real estate use.

Question 6

Can my listing video be added to Zillow Showcase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Zillow Showcase currently supports one property-focused video of up to 120 seconds inside the listing's media carousel. XLEVEL STUDIOS prepares and uploads the eligible video with your Showcase media.

Question 7

What happens after I submit my booking?

Accepted Answer

We review your request and confirm availability within a few hours. Once confirmed, we coordinate the shoot date and access details — no payment is charged until everything is locked in.
